GrindUp Terms of Service

GrindUp is an AI-powered opportunity finder. You answer a short scan about your time, skills, capital and goals; our system matches you to an online money-making opportunity and generates an execution plan, daily missions, scripts and templates. An AI coach is available to answer questions about your specific plan.

GrindUp Pro is billed at $12/month (or $99/year on the annual plan) through our payment processor, Paddle. Your card is charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Account page — cancellation stops future billing, and access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Founding-member pricing is time-limited; see the pricing page for the current deadline and price after it passes.

GrindUp does not guarantee income, results, clients, or outcomes of any kind. Any earnings figures, testimonials or leaderboard entries shown on the platform reflect individual results and are not typical or promised. What you earn depends entirely on your own effort, skill, consistency, niche and market conditions. Nothing on this platform is financial, legal, or tax advice.

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of your first payment, provided you have not sent any messages to the AI coach. After your first AI message, the current billing period is non-refundable. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.

• No reselling, scraping, or redistributing GrindUp content, templates, scripts or plans.
• No automated or bulk access to the site or API — including bots that hit the AI coach, scan, or leaderboard endpoints.
• No sharing a single paid account across multiple people.
• No using the AI coach for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without a refund.

GrindUp owns the platform, including its matching algorithm, opportunity catalogue, mission library, templates, scripts, design and branding. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the generated plan for your own business — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or platform to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrindUp's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid GrindUp in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of GrindUp will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. There is no right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use GrindUp after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a free account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a paid subscription, since that requires entering into a binding payment agreement.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable-use section above, engage in fraud or chargebacks, or abuse the AI coach or affiliate program. Terminated accounts are not entitled to a refund of the current billing period.

We keep scan answers for 12 months, AI coach conversations for 6 months, and account/billing records for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

GrindUp relies on third-party providers to operate: Paddle (payment processing and billing), Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI coach and content generation), and Resend (transactional email). Your use of GrindUp is also subject to those providers' own terms where you interact with them directly, such as entering payment details at checkout.
