GrindUp Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of your first payment, provided you have not sent any messages to the AI coach.

Once you have sent your first message to the AI coach, the current billing period is non-refundable, because the core value of the product — a personalised plan — has already been delivered.

Renewal payments are not automatically refundable. Cancel before your renewal date from the Account page to avoid being charged again.
